How do I get my qualifications to show up in MySailor

I have obtained Yachting Australia qualifications and they do not show up:

If you obtained Yachting Australia qualifications prior to 2002, they may not be recorded in the online database. If you post / fax a copy or email training@yachting.org.au a scan of the certificate, we can add this to your MySailor record.

If you have recently undertaken a course at a Yachting Australia Training Centre and do not see the qualification updated in MySailor, please contact the YATC and request that they add the record. If it is an instructor qualification, please contact the MYA to which you forwarded your logbooks.

I have obtained non-Yachting Australia qualifications and would like to record them on MySailor:

Qualifications relevant to Yachting and Instructing - such as Senior First Aid, Master V or Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment can be recorded under "Other Qualifications" in MySailor. You can do this yourself, however it will be recorded as "Not Validated". In order to have the qualification validated by Yachting Australia, please post / fax / email a copy to the training department.
